Job Description

Aeris Communications is searching for a skilled Sales Enablement and Growth Leader to lead our demand generation efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and collaboration with sales teams.

The estimated salary range for this position is $220,000 - $280,000 per year. Our office is located in Chicago, but we also offer flexible remote work arrangements.

We are looking for someone with 10-13 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably with SaaS companies. Your expertise should include campaign execution, ABM strategies, and proficiency in marketing automation tools like Pardot and Hubspot.

Main Objectives
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to align with company revenue targets.
  • Lead pipeline creation and coverage targets across all sales segments, verticals, and geographies.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure high-quality leads and alignment with ongoing marketing programs.
