The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of property and casualty insurance, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. They will be able to develop and deploy effective sales and marketing strategies, manage overall client relationships, and achieve new business sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy sales and marketing strategies with clients and prospects.
  • Manage overall client relationships, drive consistent and predictable profitability, client satisfaction, and organic growth.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge necessary to communicate USI's solutions effectively.
  • Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis based on our target market of companies.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the discovery process (sales due diligence) and conceptual presentation promoting USI's competitive differentiation.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in insurance brokerage, carrier, or related business to business sales.
  • Strong and/or developing understanding of property and casualty insurance.
  • Must be personable and highly motivated to grow personal success.
  • Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000-$200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, we also offer commissions on new business sales. Other benefits include 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked, available after 90 days of eligibility, and 12 paid holidays per year.
