About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Wholesale Executive to join our team at Novatae Risk Group.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a national wholesale brokerage that specializes in hard-to-place commercial insurance coverages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue and expand our capabilities.
  • Manage the preparation of submissions, including applications and supporting documents.
  • Presentation of accounts to insurance carriers, working to obtain compelling programs.
  • Market new and renewal business opportunities in conjunction with our sales teams.
  • Analyze current programs and collect necessary information to inform decisions.
  • Order underwriting reports as needed to support submissions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of quotes following submissions.
  • Solicit new business through various sales and marketing techniques.

Requirements:
  • Strong business writing and analysis skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated individuals who can thrive in a team environment.
  • Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance, including coverages, ratings, and technical procedures.
  • Sales-driven individuals who enjoy building new relationships and learning communication strategies.
  • A four-year college degree and 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in Wholesale Broker or MGA roles.
