Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Revenue Associate to join our team at ATG Entertainment. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for delivering key insights and sales tactics to support the growth of our productions and venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Deliver daily and weekly in-depth sales reporting to key stakeholders, including producers, company management, and marketing agencies.
    • Provide key sales targets at strategic points within the sales cycle to finance teams.
    • Liaise with venue general managers to predict occupancy and spend per head.
  • Sales and Revenue Management
    • Manage inventory for all productions, including requirements from production to maximize gross box office.
    • Utilize ATG's in-house revenue management systems to provide price optimizations for each production, driving yield and gross box office.
    • Regularly meet with treasurers to ensure their input is being considered.
  • Client Services
    • Deliver key reporting and strategies at in-person meetings for shows worked on to key stakeholders and producers.
    • Liaise with ATGE ecommerce and CRM teams to maximize show marketing opportunities across all ATGE channels.
Requirements
  • Systems and Evolution
    • Actively utilize ATG's current in-house revenue management system to accurately provide key metrics to predict grosses and deploy price changes.
    • Become a key member of ATGE Group's revenue management team to voice and action ATGNA's needs with current systems and explore other potential new technologies.
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Maintain a strong knowledge of the market and competitor activity to inform strategy.
    • Provide producers and relevant external or internal parties with sales reports and data in an efficient and regular manner.
