Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an Event Management Coordinator to become an integral part of our meetings and events team in New York City. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of internal and external meetings, conferences, and events for key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily operations and support the meetings and events team.
  • Collaborate with the Events Operations Specialist to create budget proposals and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
  • Help event planners in developing registration platforms for firm meetings.
  • Conduct research on venues for dinners, social gatherings, and other events.
  • Utilize software tools such as Aventri, Excel, Word, and Access to maintain and organize departmental records and documentation.

  • At least one year of experience in a professional services environment is desirable.
