Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional sales targets and objectives.
  • Partner with customers and distributors to plan and implement sales strategies, provide quality services, and train customer personnel.
  • Assist in formulating, communicating, and evaluating sales plans, and provide coaching and development activities to ensure successful execution.
  • Maintain active relationships with Schneider Electric customers, negotiate discrepancies, and assist staff in dealing with specific target audiences.
  • Coordinate sales activities with other areas and national account management to penetrate national accounts.
  • Negotiate and construct appropriate sales terms when necessary.
  • Improve relationships with strategic partners, including customers and distributors.
  • Drive team development and lead by example.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • 3+ years of second-level management experience and proven leadership skills.
  • Experience in the automation of the high-tech industry is essential.
  • Experience in determining and managing sales quotas of $50m+ is mandatory.
  • Experience working with distributors and directly managing a team would be highly desirable.
  • Strategic self-starter with the ability to identify gaps, opportunities, and resources to accomplish desired business objectives.
  • Must be skilled at selling compelling, integrated programs to clients.
  • Customer-centric, solutions-focused, articulate, and comfortable building relationships at senior levels.
  • Effective in working with diverse groups internally and with customer representatives.
