As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for defining and reviewing requirements, analyzing architecture and interfaces, and coordinating tests and transitions of software into operations.

Responsibilities include:

* Creating Requests for Changes (RFCs) and assessing impacts
* Developing and updating Solution Epics
* Prioritizing Agile Solution Increments and Program Increments
* Managing Working Groups and holding Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs)
* Updating Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
* Communicating Ground Software Deliveries to external stakeholders
* Planning and assessing Agile Solution Demos

Qualifications:

* Bachelor\u2019s degree and nine (9) years or more experience; Master\u2019s degree and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience
* Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly
* Experience with Systems Engineering requirements, architecture, and verification/validation (V&V), or transition processes
* Experience with the acquisition of software development contracts or SETA/acquisition experience with GEOINT or SIGINT
* Strong representational, oral, and written communications skills, including the ability to produce clear, logical, and concise products
* Proven organization and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interface effectively via written and oral forums with personnel at all levels of government
* Knowledge of SAFe or Agile frameworks
