Job Summary

SAIC is seeking a highly skilled GEOINT Systems Engineer to provide technical expertise as a Systems Engineer Technical Advisor (SETA) for the Landmark GSS program in Chantilly, VA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and assess Requests for Changes (RFCs) to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Develop and update Solution Epics to drive project success.
  • Prioritize Agile Solution Increments and Program Increments to meet project deadlines.
  • Manage Working Groups and facilitate Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) to foster collaboration.
  • Update Interface Control Documents (ICDs) to ensure accurate system documentation.
  • Communicate Ground Software Deliveries to external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective project updates.
  • Plan and assess Agile Solution Demos to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
Qualifications
  • Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and nine years of experience, or Master's degree and seven years of experience, or PhD or JD and four years of experience.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly clearance.
  • Experience with Systems Engineering requirements, architecture, and verification/validation (V&V), or transition processes.
  • Experience with the acquisition of software development contracts or SETA/acquisition experience with GEOINT or SIGINT.
  • Strong representational, oral, and written communications skills, including the ability to produce clear, logical, and concise products.
  • Proven organization and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interface effectively via written and oral forums with personnel at all levels of government.
  • Knowledge of SAFe or Agile frameworks.
