We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GEOINT Radar Systems Engineer to join our team at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA). As a key member of our Space and Intelligence Division, you will be responsible for providing Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) support for GEOINT (RADAR and / or EO) systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide subject matter expertise in systems engineering and lifecycle readiness activities for established and emerging GEOINT systems.
- Ensure integration and closure activities for the GEOINT domain are identified and accomplished.
- Coordinate, support, and assess requirements, CONOPs, architecture products, system schedules, and risks.
- Support test and verification strategy and system integration of new initiatives in support of expanded mission capabilities.
- Lead various system readiness events and participate in independent review teams.
- 10-12 years of experience with BS/BA or 8-10 years with MS or 5-7 years with PhD.
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
- 8 or more years' experience with space/ground systems and systems engineering.
- Strong leadership experience to include managing technical and matrixed teams.
- Integration and Closure experience within overall customer domain, Tech Insertion experience.
