Job Title: Senior GEOINT Radar Systems Engineer

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a highly skilled Senior GEOINT Radar Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Space and Intelligence Division, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the development and implementation of GEOINT systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) support to the GEOINT team
  • Ensure Integration and Closure activities for the GEOINT domain are identified and accomplished
  • Lead various system readiness events and participate in independent review teams
  • Interact with multiple Acquisition Offices (AOs) and facilitate risk and action closure with Acquisition Offices and users
  • Lead technical consultation, meeting coordination, and provide support to recommendation briefings
Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of experience with BS/BA or 8-10 years with MS or 5-7 years with PhD
  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Poly
  • 8 or more years' experience with space/ground systems and systems engineering
  • Strong leadership experience to include managing technical and matrixed teams
  • Integration and Closure experience within overall customer domain, Tech Insertion experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), SysML, and digital tools
  • BS in engineering, physics or related technical degree
  • NRO experience
