Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in Desktop Support, Desktop Support Engineering, or Desktop Support Analysis
  • Proficiency with Windows 10 is mandatory
  • Experience in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining PC/Mac software
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for PCs, Macs, Printers/Scanners, Mobile Devices, and additional hardware.
  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN/WLAN technologies and their support.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will possess a solid background in delivering desktop support while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with various systems and applications, ideally within the Mortgage sector. As a Desktop Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include supporting end-user devices such as PCs, Macs, Printers/Scanners, and mobile devices. You will be tasked with setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining technology support for conference rooms across the organization. Additionally, you will oversee the deployment of software and associated licenses, as well as hardware and new PC/Mac installations. This position requires full onsite engagement.

Compensation:

$24/hr to $27.50/hr.

Compensation may vary based on various factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will commence on the 31st day of employment and will include medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as mandated by applicable law.
