Technical Support Analyst I

At BGSF, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst I to join our team. As a Technical Support Analyst I, you will be responsible for providing Level I support remotely via phone, remote tools, or onsite as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or remote tools.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware failures to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Set up and configure Microsoft Surface and Dell laptop units for employees.
  • Install hardware and peripheral components, such as docking stations, printers, keyboards, and monitors.
  • Load software packages, including networking components, operating systems, and office applications.
  • Prioritize and work on service desk tickets in our internal ticketing system.
  • Participate in an ongoing call rotation to ensure 24/7 support.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 1 year of IT support experience (Technical or Desktop support).
  • Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong troubleshooting and support skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat DC Reader, Standard & Professional software.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Microsoft Surface line and Dell line experience preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of Windows 11.
