We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at CCS Horizon. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
- Configure and manage Windows servers, Azure, and Active Directory
- Design and implement network and internet technologies
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree with 2 years of related technical experience or 5 years+ experience in an IT support discipline
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Windows servers, Azure, and Active Directory
- Minimum of 3 years experience in networking and internet technologies
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Microsoft operating systems and support
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical support and troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Hyper-V and VMWare
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies
- Knowledge in Office 365 and SQL
