Career Opportunity: Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at CCS Horizon. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Configure and manage Windows servers, Azure, and Active Directory
  • Design and implement network and internet technologies
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree with 2 years of related technical experience or 5 years+ experience in an IT support discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Windows servers, Azure, and Active Directory
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in networking and internet technologies
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Microsoft operating systems and support
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical support and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Hyper-V and VMWare
  • Certifications in Microsoft technologies
  • Knowledge in Office 365 and SQL
