Responsibilities:- Answer 30-40 inbound calls daily from various component groups, providing timely and effective support to resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with Tier II personnel, product engineers, and Field Technical Specialists to escalate cases and ensure prompt resolution of product quality concerns.
- Assist in shadowing and mentoring new hire Tier I personnel, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- 5 years' dealership experience with a strong background in diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- ASE Master Certification and/or OEM Master Certification preferred.
