Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in finance and accounting, who thrives in fast-paced environments and is capable of handling multiple tasks with high precision. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our CEO, including financial management, travel coordination, and meeting organization.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Assist in the reconciliation of financial statements, manage accounting duties with high accuracy, and prepare financial reports for the CEO's review.
- Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, and monitor and manage communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including itineraries, lodging, and transportation.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and events, including venue selection, equipment setup, and catering.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain confidential records and files in an organized manner, and assist in the preparation and documentation of business procedures and reports.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in financial management or accounting, with strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with financial management software.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
