Position Overview: This role involves working remotely with a structured schedule.

Training Period: The selected candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program.

Regular Work Schedule: The typical workdays include Monday, Thursday, Friday, and alternating Saturdays. The hours may vary based on workflow demands.

Daily Schedule:
  • Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM / 3:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM / 3:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Note: Holiday schedules may require adjustments, typically shifting Monday hours to Tuesday.

Role Purpose: The General Clerk I adheres to established protocols to execute various repetitive clerical tasks, which include organizing and filing documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare documents for digitization, which may involve:
    • Assessing documents for required information.
    • Assigning Document IDs and Received Dates as necessary.
    • Repairing minor damages with tape and removing fasteners.
    • Utilizing sorting sheets as instructed.
    • Making copies as required.
  • Refer to work instructions as needed.
  • Participate in mandatory meetings and training sessions, work overtime with little notice, and undertake additional tasks as required by business needs.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, candidates should demonstrate the following:
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Pass background checks and security clearances.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
