Communication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in evaluating and treating communication disorders in our diverse student population.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessments and student needs.
- Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to students individually and in groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure student progress and success.
- Accurately document therapy sessions and student advancements.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to stay current with best practices.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of New Mexico.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
- Strong understanding of speech therapy principles and methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
