Position Overview
As a Clinical Laboratory Specialist, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results that are essential for patient care.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
1. Conduct and oversee laboratory tests on patient samples in accordance with established protocols and regulatory standards.
2. Analyze, interpret, and report both normal and abnormal findings with precision.
3. Identify and troubleshoot technical, instrumental, or physiological issues, implementing solutions as necessary.
4. Maintain responsibility for the accuracy of results, quality control measures, and the upkeep of laboratory instruments.
5. Provide training and guidance to laboratory staff and other healthcare professionals as required.

Qualifications
Education:
For Clinical Laboratory Specialist: A Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field is required.

Licensure/Certifications:
Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Specialist (or equivalent) from a recognized professional organization is required within six months of employment.

Experience:
Not applicable.

Must be available to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends, and may need to travel between company locations as necessary.
