Daily Responsibilities:


The HR Specialist will handle daily administrative functions related to visa and immigration services while collaborating with external immigration attorneys.

This role includes maintaining employee benefits information within payroll systems and ensuring adherence to federal regulations. The specialist will also oversee various facets of employee relations, including processing visa applications and managing green card requests. Regular communication with employees to address their inquiries regarding benefits is anticipated. Furthermore, this position necessitates staying informed about employment laws to ensure alignment with company policies.

Compensation may vary based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, and education.


Benefit packages for this role will commence on the 31st day of employment and will include medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and access to a 401K retirement plan with employer matching.

Employees in this position are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as mandated by applicable law.


Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in Japanese and English, with strong English communication skills

Experience in payroll processing, with or without payroll software expertise
