Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of new business prospects in the healthcare arena.
  • Utilize existing relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to achieve sales objectives.
  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to surpass revenue goals.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
  • Establish and nurture strong connections with key decision-makers in healthcare.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure an exceptional customer journey.
  • Participate in industry events to remain informed about market dynamics and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to the management team.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in medical technology software, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven skills in relationship-building and rapport establishment with clients.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Residence in the San Francisco Bay area is required.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
