About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our innovative team at Jobot. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, planning, and execution throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define Product Strategy: Develop and implement a product strategy that aligns with the company's strategic objectives and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver products with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
  • Develop Go-to-Market Strategies: Create and implement go-to-market strategies that ensure product management, marketing, and sales have the necessary resources to succeed.
  • Manage Product Development: Oversee the entire product development process from inception to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities for increased sales and customer retention.
  • Deliver Product Requirements: Develop and deliver Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
  • Assess Partnerships and Licensing Opportunities: Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Build Product Awareness: Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding within the organization.
  • Prioritize Product and Customer Requirements: Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
