TECHEAD is actively seeking skilled candidates for the role of Materials Management Associate. This position focuses on logistical coordination and materials oversight, essential for successful project delivery.

Position Details
  • Contract Duration: 1 Year
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote
  • Candidate Location: Local Candidates Preferred
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee materials management and logistical coordination for various projects.
  • Assess and process material requests and reservations efficiently.
  • Execute logistical tasks to ensure timely material deliveries.
  • Manage goods receipt operations, including relevant transactions and documentation.
  • Utilize SAP, MS Access, and MS Excel for inventory analysis and reporting.
  • Provide support for material exceptions and returns for engineering teams.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sourcing strategies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with material suppliers and service providers.
  • Document supplier issues and aid in resolving supply chain challenges.
  • Collaborate daily with various internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Skills
  1. Proficiency in SAP
  2. Advanced Excel skills for report generation
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in materials management or logistics.
  • Understanding of procurement processes and inventory control.
  • Familiarity with environmental and regulatory standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access.
