Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Paychex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our Human Capital Management (HCM) products and services to new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect for new clients using a variety of methods, including referrals, self-generated leads, and local marketing programs.
- Meet with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to provide Paychex HCM solutions.
- Leverage our Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to present our solutions to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Schedule follow-up meetings with prospective clients and prepare offer presentations and quotes using Salesforce CPQ.
- Meet with clients to review sales quotes and agreements, addressing any questions or concerns and negotiating as needed to close sales.
- Schedule appointments with new and existing clients to upsell and cross-sell HCM solutions.
- Analyze customer needs and interests using Salesforce data, determining which products are appropriate and referring to partners when necessary.
- Complete and submit new sales-related paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports in a timely manner.
- Build personal capability through the acquisition and application of required technical, competitive, and sales skills and knowledge.
- Work with Paychex partners to resolve client implementation issues and customer complaints.
- Attend partner meetings to educate partners on HCM solutions, services, and processes.
- Associate's Degree (Preferred)
- 1 year of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales
- Driver's License Required
