Job Title: Guest Services Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team at Stonebridge Companies. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for all guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the front desk with accuracy and efficiency, following standard operating procedures.
  • Check guests in and out, handling reservations, and managing the reservation system.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby and office area, adhering to company standards.
  • Perform daily reports, audits, and correspondence as required.
  • Stay knowledgeable about hotel promotions, room rates, and amenities to provide accurate information to guests.
Requirements:
  • One year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Basic computer and POS system skills.
Work Environment:

The work environment is indoor, with minimal to moderate noise levels consistent with a hotel environment. You may be exposed to cleaning chemicals throughout the shift.

Physical Demands:

The position requires standing more than 2/3 of the time, with occasional walking and sitting. You will be lifting up to 15 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 10 pounds.
