Salary Range: $45,000 - $47,000

Role Summary

VersiTech is in search of a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, Level 1 who will serve as the primary liaison for client service interactions. This role involves supporting our Customer Support Representative, Level 2 and facilitating client connections with the appropriate departments to address their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to incoming calls and email inquiries to address client and partner questions and issues
  • Serving as the initial point of contact for daily operational needs, including but not limited to:
    • Answering questions related to online account statements
    • Providing necessary documentation to fulfill requests
    • Resolving inquiries related to payments
    • Making amendments to specific account information
    • Assisting with password resets and account access issues
  • Documenting all client interactions and inquiries in detail for departmental specialists
  • Maintaining records of all activities in the CRM system, Salesforce
  • Engaging in regular communication with sales, business development, and other internal teams as required
  • Facilitating merchant account setup in Salesforce
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • Prior experience in a Customer Service capacity
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on solutions
  • Self-driven team player with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to comprehend and multitask effectively
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing

Essential Functions

  • Ability to engage in phone conversations for extended periods
  • Capable of researching issues while simultaneously communicating with clients
  • Able to remain seated in an office environment for prolonged durations
