- Process customer requests for plan transfers and updates.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or health services enrollment environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including data entry and customer relationship management tools.
