We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Contact Center Agent to join our team at the Bobby Dodd Institute. As a Bilingual Contact Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling English and Spanish calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on benefits and enrollment.
- Database Management: Research and document updates in databases, including network-to-network changes and CRM documentation.
- Communication: Provide information to internal and external customers, and regenerate copies of pertinent correspondence.
- Task Management: Process additional assignments, such as PCM changes, address changes, ID card replacements, referral and authorization status calls, data entry, and other tasks as assigned.
- Attendance and Reliability: Demonstrate regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Must speak, read, and write the English language, and must speak and comprehend the English and Spanish languages.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 1 year of contact center, customer service, insurance, or medical experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills, with the ability to multitask and read, comprehend, and explain benefits in a clear and concise manner.
- Technical Skills: Strong PC skills, including MS Word and Excel, and Lotus Notes.
- Training: Ability to maintain skills through continued and ongoing training through the Centene/HNFS Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS).
