Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including leisure and business travelers, to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, making adjustments as needed to meet or exceed targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hotel sales experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
  • Developed verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, convince, sell, and influence other managerial personnel, hotel guests, and/or corporate clients.
  • Experience with professional selling skills, including opening, probing, supporting, and closing.
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office products and Delphi FDC.
  • Ability to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks, with strong organization and presentation skills.
