Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and contact potential customers, leveraging industry connections and networking events to identify new business opportunities.
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets by the deadline, with a focus on exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional results.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, providing outstanding customer service and support.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments and product offerings.
  • Create sales materials to present to customers, including brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and ability to effectively utilize these tools to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and close deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Bonus Structure: Eligible for up to 20% bonus based on individual performance and company-wide targets.
