Customer Experience Account Specialist

At InterChange Group Inc, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Experience Account Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders, while also managing the administrative and organizational aspects of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to resolve inquiries and concerns.
- Assist drivers with directions and provide support with paperwork and documentation.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Process orders and generate reports in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Verify inventory on-hand and notify customers of any shortages.
- Ensure proper rotation of inventory and maintain accurate product dates.
- Prioritize and distribute paperwork for the dock to receive or load-out trucks.
- Reassign inventory as requested by warehouse staff.
- Review and print Bill of Ladings (BOLs) for accuracy.
- Scan completed paperwork to customers as required.
- Serve as the point of contact for drivers arriving at the facility.
- Record and review receipt and shipment/load details in the WMS system.
- Process and send electronic data interchange (EDI) communication as necessary.
- Organize and file completed paperwork.
- Assist with reconciling inventory and correcting discrepancies.
- Import/export files to/from Excel to alleviate data entry and for analysis.
- Confirm transaction charges are accurate for the billing process.
- Minimum of two years' experience working with an enterprise-level software package.
- Minimum of three years' experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with electronic data interchange (EDI) a plus.
- Experience working in a team environment and/or managing team members.
- Education - High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Organizational - Ability to administer, organize, and file paperwork.
- Communicative - Ability to communicate effectively via email and the telephone.
- Computer Literacy - Ability to operate a computer and willingness to learn and utilize InterChange's warehouse management system software.
- Multi-Tasking Capability - Ability to handle more than one task at a time.
