Job Overview

EmpowerHome Team is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting with motivated sellers, determining their needs, and assisting them throughout the entire process of selling a home.

We are looking for a candidate who is technology-driven, able to communicate effectively, and has a proven record of sales experience and success. If you are a driven, self-motivated, and desire professional growth, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with motivated sellers and assist them throughout the home selling process
  • Maintain consistent weekly contact with clients
  • Apply lead follow-up systems to grow your sales pipeline
  • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and generate referrals
  • Host team open houses monthly and assign leads to the hosting agent
  • Work within our CRM workflow system and maintain up-to-date calendar availability for appointments
  • Participate in Academy Sales Training and attend weekly sales meetings

Requirements:

  • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent
  • Full-time availability
  • Technology-driven
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Organized and able to manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Possesses a positive, can-do attitude with problem-solving abilities
