In the capacity of Senior Executive Assistant, your main focus will be on providing comprehensive support to the CEO and President/CFO, while also offering occasional assistance to the COO. Your role will encompass both professional and personal support, requiring exceptional organizational abilities, discretion, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support for the CEO and President/CFO
  • Act as a trusted confidant and administrative partner to the CEO and President/CFO.
  • Manage complex calendars, prioritizing critical engagements and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Oversee email correspondence, assisting with drafting and editing communications.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, ensuring detailed itineraries and addressing any potential challenges.
  • Prepare executives for meetings and events, ensuring they have all necessary materials and information.
  • Assist in project management and task prioritization to align with executive priorities.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, maintaining a professional demeanor and excellent communication.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and manage documents efficiently.
  • Provide personal assistance as needed, integrating personal and professional schedules.

Support for the COO
  • Assist with light administrative duties and travel planning as required.

Education and Experience
