Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Assistant to join our team at Lincoln Property Company. As a Property Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the Property Management Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of property administration, including responding to tenant and vendor inquiries, updating property contact lists, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Process and track invoices, ensure timely payment, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Assist in maintaining the property work order system, including inputting and dispatching work orders, tracking progress, and reporting on completion.
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries, meetings, and special events as needed.
  • Provide administrative support, including phone support, typing, reports, filing, and distribution of correspondence.
  • Assist in reviewing and compiling monthly and quarterly reports for clients and the Property Management Team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the property.
Requirements
  • Four-year degree and 3+ years of related experience; or the equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Real Estate experience a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate documents and the work order process.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat/PDF, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to maintain professionalism in a sensitive environment.
  • Excellent verbal/written communications skills.
  • Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented.
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
