Senior Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to oversee a significant portfolio of properties and serve as a key point of contact for third-party relationships. This role will be responsible for leading the property management team and ensuring the successful operation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and coordinate the property management business, providing overall leadership and strategic direction.
- Develop and implement policies and programs to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to property management staff, promoting career development and professional growth.
- Monitor and manage budget variances, ensuring timely recovery and efficient use of cash.
- Oversee the billing process, including payment of invoices and disbursement of funds.
- Collaborate with the property manager to ensure effective cash flow management and efficient use of resources.
- Prepare and present reports, annual budgets, and other documents to owners in accordance with management agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with third-party owners, ensuring compliance with contracts and timely reporting.
- Resolve tenant relations issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Perform regular property inspections with staff to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Oversee construction projects with the construction manager, including approval of contracts and invoices.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate property management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
- Real Estate license required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze and negotiate commercial lease and contract language.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
