Human Resources Coordinator

Taylor Management is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in various tasks and functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support with benefits administration, answering employee queries, and coordinating with vendors.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
- Monitor employee performance and provide support during performance appraisal processes.
- Implement and facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Assist in preparing reports related to HR metrics and employee statistics.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources or administrative support preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
The role is office-based, with an emphasis on teamwork and communication.
