Job Summary

Taylor Management is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in various tasks and functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support with benefits administration, answering employee queries, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide support during performance appraisal processes.
  • Implement and facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to HR metrics and employee statistics.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Working Environment

The role is office-based, with an emphasis on teamwork and communication.
