Position Requirements

The Media Associate will play a crucial role within our team, eager to learn about all facets of media and campaign execution, with ample opportunities for professional development. This role involves engagement with various media platforms, including radio, television, print, digital, and outdoor advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Media Department in all facets of media strategy, purchasing, and campaign oversight.
  • Support the management of media purchases and ensure accurate execution.
  • Evaluate channel selection based on audience metrics and sales data, providing insights for campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with media vendors and serve as a supportive resource for the team.
  • Facilitate the distribution of commercial traffic.
  • Maintain daily logs and responses for post-campaign analysis.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks for accuracy throughout campaign durations.
  • Generate reports and assist in weekly updates and budget tracking.
  • Support media billing reconciliation processes.
