About the Role

The Crew Accommodations Manager plays a vital role in supporting the growth and success of Raising Cane's by leading the Crew Accommodations team and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of the crew accommodations program and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the company is prepared to mitigate risk associated with employee accommodations.
  • Make accommodations decisions for crew members, restaurant leadership, and field-based support crew.
  • Document and communicate agreed-upon accommodations to crew members, managers, and Crew Relations Leaders.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with restaurant, RSO, and field-based leadership.
  • Manage the team's caseload and analyze trends through regular review of accommodations metrics.
  • Identify trends and opportunities and create training content regarding the accommodations program, prioritizing a positive crew member experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new employment laws related to leaves and accommodations.
  • Lead investigations of RSO crew relations cases, as needed, and act as backup support.

Requirements for Success

  • 7+ years of similar leadership experience in a fast-paced Human Resources or Compliance position.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrates the ability to handle highly confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Able to take initiative to improve processes, not settle for the status quo, and work with a sense of purpose and urgency.
  • Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
