Job Summary

Stryker is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker Communications products to physicians in accordance with budgeted objectives and to obtain maximum profitability and volume in relation to pre-set standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Promotion and Sales: Assist in promoting and selling Stryker Communications products to physicians, ensuring maximum profitability and volume.
  • Customer Education and Support: Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel on the proper use and maintenance of Stryker Products.
  • Product Evaluations: Direct product evaluations in OR and office settings, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Trade Show and Event Support: Assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings, showcasing Stryker's products and expertise.
  • Territory Management: Keep regional manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Customer Problem-Solving: Solve product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of sales personnel, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: B.A. or B.S. degree required.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in an outside sales position, preferably in medical-related fields.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with large groups of people.
  • Travel: Up to 25% travel required, with occasional overnight stays.
Work Environment

This is a medium-work position, requiring the ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
