Atlas Management is seeking a Healthcare Recruitment Coordinator to join a prominent organization.The Healthcare Recruitment Coordinator plays a vital role within the HR team, focusing on both internal and external job posting processes, evaluating applications for essential qualifications, and recommending suitable candidates for subsequent stages in the hiring process.
This position provides guidance and oversight to facility HR teams concerning the applicant tracking system (ATS), as well as the selection and processing of applications.
The role involves identifying recruitment challenges at facilities and contributing to the development of effective solutions.This position is well-suited for individuals who have a keen eye for detail, can handle confidential information with discretion, and maintain a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following tasks at a level consistent with job performance standards.
Administers the established internal and external ATS posting procedures for designated facilities and/or roles.Conducts initial screenings to provide facilities with qualified candidates for interviews regarding open roles.
Engages with facilities and/or recruiters for nursing positions throughout the selection process and reviews documentation to ensure that roles have been filled and candidates have been appropriately processed.
Manages the processing of expired applications at the relevant review status.Assists candidates with the online application process and addresses employment inquiries promptly.
Supports hiring managers with inquiries and the implementation of recruitment best practices at local facilities.
Utilizes specific technologies and software, including but not limited to, Text Recruit, Phenom, Microsoft Teams, JD Edwards (JDE), and Indeed for candidate processing.
Ensures adherence to state and federal regulations governing selection, hiring, and employment.Qualifications:
A degree from an accredited college or university is required, or alternatively, 5 years of experience in recruitment.
A minimum of one year of experience in recruitment or human resources that includes recruitment and/or employment processing is necessary.
Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year basis.
A professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with an HRIS or ATS system are required.
Domestic travel may be necessary.
A valid driver's license is mandatory.
