About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Renewal by Andersen. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting in-home consultations with homeowners, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess their window needs and provide solutions.
  • Present a professional appearance and image to customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Work towards meeting or exceeding individual and sales team goals, converting sales leads into sales.
  • Follow established sales processes through to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a thorough knowledge of Renewal offerings.
  • Complete Renewal training, pre-class studies, and formal class sessions to stay up-to-date on products and services.
  • Assess window needs, record accurate measurements, and translate measurements into a visual layout and scope of work to be performed.
  • Fulfill the role of team membership to ensure overall customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year selling experience.
  • One to two years customer service experience.
  • Computer skills.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Requires ability for frequent sitting, walking, reaching at waist level, climbing stairs.
  • Requires ability for occasional reaching from floor to at/or above shoulder level.
  • Must be able to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 55lbs and place them on raised surfaces.
  • Ability to drive personal vehicle and must have valid state motor vehicle operator's license.
