We seek skilled Sales Specialists who can contribute to our robust growth by providing a customer-centric, consultative sales experience. In this role, you will have the chance to establish strong connections with clients, ensuring a superior homeowner journey while demonstrating a commitment to achieving outstanding results.

As a Sales Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include conducting in-home consultations with clients, delivering accurate estimates, sales solutions, and tailored design options for their home improvement projects.

Our compensation plans reward high performance with opportunities for bonuses. Average earnings range from $150,000 to $200,000.

Training & Development

We provide 10 weeks of PAID TRAINING to ensure your success ($25/hour). Our Sales Managers offer coaching to help you build the skills and confidence necessary for achieving your goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strive to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. Take ownership of appointments and commit to converting sales leads into actual sales. Manage your time and activities effectively to meet deadlines and customer requirements. Adhere to established Renewal Sales processes from start to finish. Build relationships by instilling confidence, sharing information, and fulfilling commitments. Ensure customer satisfaction through organized follow-through on details, documentation, and requests. Utilize Renewal selling tools as intended. Communicate effectively with clear messages and active listening. Maintain a thorough understanding of Renewal offerings. Complete all required training, including pre-class studies and formal sessions. Demonstrate proficiency in assessing window needs and accurately recording measurements to create visual layouts and scopes of work. Present a professional image to customers. Arrive at sales appointments prepared and punctually. Collaborate as a team member to ensure overall customer satisfaction and sales performance. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. At least one year of sales experience. One to two years of customer service experience. Proficient computer skills. Must be at least 21 years old. Ability to frequently sit, walk, reach at waist level, and climb stairs. Ability to occasionally reach from floor to above shoulder level. Must be able to lift/move items weighing up to 55 lbs and place them on elevated surfaces. Valid state motor vehicle operator's license required.
