Renewal by Andersen (RbA) offers a remarkable opportunity for motivated individuals to become part of our dynamic team of Sales Consultants. In this role, you will collaborate with a vibrant group dedicated to enhancing the lives of homeowners through our exceptional products and services.
We seek skilled Sales Consultants who can drive our growth by delivering a customer-centric, consultative sales experience. Your ability to establish rapport with clients will be crucial as you provide them with a superior homeowner experience, demonstrating your commitment to achieving outstanding results.
As a Sales Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include conducting in-home consultations with clients, offering estimates, sales solutions, and tailored design options for their replacement projects.

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Minimum of one year of sales experience. 1-2 years of customer service experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Availability to conduct homeowner appointments during evenings and weekends. Ability to perform frequent sitting, walking, reaching at waist level, and climbing stairs. Capability to occasionally reach from floor to above shoulder level. Must be able to routinely lift and move items weighing up to 55 lbs and place them on elevated surfaces.
