Position Overview

Role of the Strategy Consultant:
As a Strategy Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding students and their families through the complex admissions process. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between current academic standing and future aspirations, crafting tailored strategies that encompass academic, extracurricular, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Excellence: Deliver comprehensive admissions strategies to students, collaborating with the Crimson team to implement individualized plans.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with clients, both virtually and in-person, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Expert Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of educational curricula, extracurricular opportunities, and standardized testing to provide informed recommendations.
  • Institutional Guidance: Utilize your knowledge of higher education institutions to assist students and families in identifying suitable schools that align with their goals.
  • Communication: Foster ongoing communication with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey.

Expertise Development:
Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills related to educational strategy, and share your insights with the team to foster a collaborative environment.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:
Contribute your expertise to various departments, including sales consultations and marketing initiatives, to support the broader goals of Crimson Education.

Qualifications:

  • Graduated from a top-tier university.
  • Experience working with high-profile students and families.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Exceptional English communication abilities; proficiency in Korean is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in education, coaching, or admissions consulting.
  • Proven track record of successful admissions outcomes.
