Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 20 Financial Advisors within a designated market or region.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process for your team.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal colleagues, ensuring FINRA supervision, auditing, reporting, and performance relative to the assigned financial budget.
  • Oversee the management of any support staff associated with this team.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory record-keeping and documentation, group presentations, performance evaluations, and specific trade reviews/supervision.
  • Identify and guide the team towards additional investment and insurance product opportunities, as well as prospecting for Financial Advisors in the region.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success.
  • Possession of Series 7, 63, 65, 24, and state insurance licenses is mandatory.
  • Management experience in all facets of registered principal and supervisory roles within a FINRA member firm is essential.
  • Proven financial budget management experience with a consistent track record of meeting financial expectations for the team.
  • Experience in recruiting and interviewing professional Financial Advisors in the field is required.
  • Demonstrated success in managing direct sales of investment and insurance products.
  • A history of ethical conduct and compliance with regulations as evidenced in background checks and FINRA form U-4.
  • Ability to successfully pass challenging regulatory examinations and maintain certifications through ongoing education.
Work Schedule
  • Standard Hours: 40 per week
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Compensation Transparency

The salary range for this position is between $135,000 and $170,000 annually, with the potential for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, relevant skills, and experience.
