About the Role:

As a Receptionist & Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to employees and guests, while efficiently managing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome employees and guests with a smile and a professional greeting
  • Greet, register, and support guests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with 3-4 years of customer-facing experience
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary:$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
