Guardian Pharmacy is a rapidly expanding organization dedicated to attracting exceptional talent. We are in search of a dedicated individual to become part of our dynamic and evolving team.

Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- This position is remote.
- Previous experience in recruitment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete recruitment cycle for various roles across multiple departments and locations.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure an optimal experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the organization by becoming proficient in systems such as Workday and SkillSurvey, providing problem-solving and advisory assistance.
- Enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice through professionalism and excellent customer service.

Essential Job Functions:
- Partner with Hiring Managers to identify staffing requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment goals.
- Screen and evaluate candidates, presenting qualified individuals to hiring managers.
- Manage communication with all applicants, ensuring a positive experience throughout the selection process.
- Schedule interviews, prepare candidates, and gather feedback post-interview.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely postings.
- Oversee the employment offer process in collaboration with HR and key decision-makers.
- Monitor the progress of candidates from application to hire, ensuring timely completion of all necessary steps.
- Prepare regular updates and reviews with business units to ensure recruitment objectives are met.
- Build partnerships and outreach initiatives to develop talent pipelines within local communities.
- Promote and communicate the employee referral program.
- Provide support and training related to systems used in the Talent Acquisition process.
- Assist with additional HR projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or equivalent experience is required.
- 2-3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting within a top-tier organization.
- Proficient in using ATS, preferably Workday.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Office 365, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a consultative approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Quality-focused with a proactive approach to identifying errors.
Work Environment:
- Requires up to 40% travel as needed.
- Flexibility in working hours is essential.
