With over 4 million members from every state and congressional district in the country, we are committed to creating a society where every person has the freedom to make informed decisions about their reproductive health.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Reproductive Freedom Organizer. In this role, you will play a critical part in our efforts to mobilize communities and advocate for reproductive freedom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit volunteers and members at coalition and campaign events, targeting key districts and communities.
  • Meet with emerging leaders to plan and host activism skills workshops and trainings with coalition partners.
  • Attend, help plan, advertise for, and host campaign events, including member call-in days, educational forums, phonebanks, and canvasses.
  • Advocate for reproductive freedom and drive our campaign priorities in targeted districts and the General Election.
Deliverables
  • Build and host 2 events (1 virtual, 1 in-person) to mobilize support for reproductive freedom.
  • Lead 2 canvasses on behalf of Reproductive Freedom for All GA.

  • Key grassroots organizing tactics, including recruitment, volunteer management, and advocacy.
  • Professional development skills, such as planning and project management.
  • How to use tools like VAN, Hustle, Slack, and Mobilize.
Requirements
  • Previous grassroots organizing experience or a demonstrated interest in organizing.
  • Excitement to engage with communities and advocate for reproductive rights.
  • Interest in gaining professional experience in politics and organizing.
  • Availability to work some nights and weekends to attend campaign events.
  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting a work environment where diversity, equity, and inclusion are valued.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages preferred.
