About ProBio

ProBio's extensive cell and gene therapy offerings include CMC for plasmid and viral vectors for IND submissions, alongside clinical and commercial manufacturing capabilities. In the realm of plasmid services, ProBio has achieved the highest number of clinical approvals for CGT drugs, including mRNA vaccines and CAR-T therapies in China. It also pioneered the first GMP manufacturing platform for in vitro transcription (IVT) template linearized plasmids for mRNA vaccines, assisting several global enterprises in securing clinical approvals. For viral vector services, ProBio boasts a reliable and high-yield viral vector platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market data and stay informed on industry trends to strengthen the competitive edge of the gene production sector.
- Contribute to the formulation of strategic plans for the gene business line.
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly operational plans.
- Effectively decompose and monitor the implementation of work plans across teams.
- Manage operations to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators such as production output, transfer profit, first-time success rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise the onboarding and training of new team members, and facilitate internal training programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
- Over 5 years of practical experience in gene synthesis, with at least 3 years in team leadership.
- Experience in a high-throughput manufacturing environment, with adaptability to changes in work conditions.
- Strong skills in team management, communication, and coordination.
- Fundamental knowledge of molecular biology is essential; familiarity with project management, 5S management, and quality management systems is advantageous.
- Experience with automation tools is a plus.
- A strong sense of responsibility and cost awareness is required.
