Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily financial operations, ensuring the verification, classification, and approval of accounts payable data through the operational system.
- Oversee vendor information management and generate SAP payment files on a weekly basis.
- Adhere to company travel policies while reviewing and processing employee reimbursements.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of credit card transactions, online payments, and automated ACH payments to guarantee accurate posting of all bills and payments.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and reviewing monthly vendor statements.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of one year of relevant accounting experience.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or other accounting systems is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven capability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a substantial workload, both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a collaborative spirit and a positive attitude.
