About the Role

The Business Development Director is a key member of our team at Crescent City Recruitment Group, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Greater Boston Area. This is a hybrid opportunity that requires the ability to work in the office in Waltham, MA, and in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop relationships with potential clients in the F500 companies
  • Understand the customer's critical business strategies and work with a team of subject matter experts to create and execute solutions to help achieve their business objectives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract, engage, and retain employees, run effective sales contests and incentives, build dynamic customer loyalty programs, and create impactful corporate events
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Minimum seven years of direct B2B sales experience calling on F500 companies
  • Clear history of new business development selling marketing solutions or professional business services
  • Demonstrable sales success through prospecting and growing revenue in large accounts
  • Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale)
  • Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months)
  • Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses
  • Four-year college degree is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products is required; Proficiency with web, SaaS, and mobile applications a plus

  • Base Salary is $135K (non-negotiable) plus commissions (175k -200k 1st year OTE)
